What a great stay! The large pool area and wonderful outdoor garden bar were perfect. Breakfast had a nice selection, and the staff were helpful, especially a guy named Jose who spoke perfect English. My room was spacious and clean with a comfy bed. Can't wait to return 😊

Well, it was a restful stay for one night. Courteous and very-very nice staff as I wanted. Double room was well air-conditioned and fantastic had hypoallergenic pillows. The location was great for me, directly across from the casino.

The location was comfortable and absolutely perfect, close enough to the centre of town, the outside restaurant and a movie theatre, in a safe area. Plus, Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra Park was close by:)))

The friendly staff and comfortable bed made my stay pleasant, but the water temperature issue in the shower affected my overall experience.

Few restaurants within walking distance for dinner.

Great value, excel breakfast.. Staff were excellent. The theatre was a nice bonus. We enjoyed the garden and pool also.

Very little to criticize!! Perhaps I could say that the area doesn't have a lot to see so we spent a lot of time at the hotel..

The hotel has a large pool area that was perfect.

I could hear their conversations all night, impossible to get a proper rest. The front desk staff seemed uninterested in assisting us, further dampening my experience.

Complimentary and gorgeous breakfast with freshly cooked omelettes. The rooms with 2 bedrooms on the 3rd level.

What shines and what doesn't

The outdoor garden bar was divine! The photos of famous personalities throughout the hotel added charisma to my stay.

Limited shuttle service information led to confusion. Missed out on earlier airport transfer, nearly causing missed flight!

Facilities were excellent, especially the spacious pool areaperfect for relaxation. Staff members were consistently attentive, made for a cute atmosphere. The room had some issues. The air conditioning was faulty. It created a somewhat uncomfortable environment, but the dining options were certainly a highlight, with a nice selection of savory pies that impressed.

This was just an optimal selection for a fleeting pause in David with great value for money. The room had a nice view of the surrounding area , made for a pleasant stay. Don't forget to try the local coffee nearby for a better morning boost than the hotel breakfast offerings.

I tell ya what, that breakfast had a nice spread, and the pool area was a real treat for relaxin'. The staff just went outta their way to make sure we were comfy. We had to switch rooms 'cause of noise, but they handled it quick like, and the new room was quieter. Each night I hit the sack, I slept like a log.

This place was really clean and had a good amount of space. Our room, which had a nice European style, was kept in great condition. the central location was awesome, making it easy to get around. we really enjoyed our stay here! 😊.
